We highly recommend that we submit proof/s to customers before the print run. It is most important that customers thoroughly check everything such as colour, spellings, numbers, layout, paper etc are correct. The importance of checking everything also applies to 2nd and subsequent proofs perhaps even when only a small issue has been adjusted or altered as sometimes that very small correction can inadvertantly alter something else "over the page" for example, and not be noticed.

Please note that we make no charge, within reason, in most cases for minimal Author's subsequent alterations and also needless to say for any of our own mistakes (yes - we are human!)

WEDDING AND FUNERAL CHURCH SERVICE SHEETS

We provide a discrete and personal service for printing Church Service Sheets/Booklets. Generally they consist of a good quality hard cover (Conqueror, Invitation board etc) together with, if required, matching inner sheets, all centre scored, folded and stapled to produce booklets, usually in A5 size page format. Guide prices for printing only are shown in the Pricing Section of this web site - artwork, design and typesetting are usually extra but we find that it is advantageous both in terms of cost saving, time and in practical terms for the customer who can arrange to provide a disc or file as an email attachment of the typed content say in Word or similar wordprocesssor or text software. This only needs to contain the basic text and does not even need to be accurately formatted (we will do that) - this saves additional cost to the customer of us having to type the material from scratch @ £XX per hour!

Regretfully submitted handwrtitten notes or even typed out hard copy can be painstakenly time consuming for us to-reprocess so if you do not have access to a Word Processor try the family members or friends who could do it for you - it could save you money.

As mentioned earlier please contact us first but it is important to supply in text or rtf format only please do not send in .doc format please.

The above notes apply to Church Service Sheets in general but we fully understand and appreciate that Funeral Service printing requirements need to be fullfilled usually to a short timescale - we will where humanly possible fit in with these requirements and offer a friendly and helpful service where we possibly can.
